Angelica Hernandez & ascending as the 94th District Court JUDGE of Nueces County

It will be injustice in Nueces County once again if the voters remain unengaged and waste their VOTE. Wasting one's VOTE is the same as wasting money. A VOTE, one either uses it or loses it.

In the race for the 94th "lend ME your Ears"?

There is disingenuity in the arguements pro Mr Galvan.

I spoke to Susie Luna Saldana ( a very nice lady BTW). We discussed Angelica Hernandez and I respect her opinion however I must take note of some of the common arguements against Angelica becoming the JUDGE of the 94th District.

1) Experience - Susie brought up that Angelica has only conducted 3 trials on her own. Priscilla Owen (Former TX Sup Ct Judge & now on the 5th Circuit of Appeals) has never handled even one trial on her own. Furthermore, I have read transcripts of Angelica fighting for her clients both criminal and civil. It is unfair to base any weight of the decision on the number of trials she has handled on her own. Some trials dealing with large corporations and very powerful families and entities in South Texas last years. Hell, the Kenedy Ranch legislation will probably never end for example. Also there is the exploitation of the lack of knowledge of the law for the deniability factor. Hum,.... WATT did I say???

Final Hearings

These are trials too!

Check my work! Please?

I am comfortable with Angelica Ascending when it comes to her experience. To ME,.... for Mr Galvan; to have him transition to the bench, he will need more civil experience and to be removed from the prosecution long enough to acquire the ability to remain impartial and fair.
Mr Galvan on the bench is synonymous with a courtroom with 2 prosecutors and no JUDGE.
In the way of Civil Litigation this will be a field day of loophole multi million dollar settlements for Mr WATTS and THE Club to YANQUI! The Club will not even need to show up cuz they control the Courts of Nueces County, as Mikal claims. Woe be it to any Judge who continues this path of inequity, oppression and abuse of power!

I will see you in COURT!

;)

2) Susie has dismissed the other issues brought up by Angelica's opponent and ex-husband.
A VOTE for Mr Galvan today is a VOTE for Multi Million Dollar Lawsuit Victories Tomorrow. It is also a VOTE against JUSTICE being EQUAL for ALL.

Susie Luna Saldana to you & yours

About a week before the April 2002 runoff election, a local teacher’s union representative named Susie Luna Saldana (no relation to Rep. Luna) gave a political commentary on Commentarios, Corpus’s venerable open-forum broadcast on Spanish-language radio. During campaign season in Corpus, as you might imagine, the commentaries are heated. Saldana accused Canales-Black of trying to buy the election. Standing nearby, waiting to give his counter view, was Tony Canales. When his turn came, Canales erupted. He ranted that people like Saldana had no right to say such things about his daughter. “These Mexicans, we can buy them two for a nickel,” he said in Spanish. Canales claimed later that “Mexicans” referred to Saldana and people like Rodriguez, not working families. But Hinojosa’s campaign giddily snapped up the tape and turned the recording into a political ad with the lead-in, “This is what the Canales family thinks of you.” The ad was broadcast all over Spanish-language radio, which, as Carranza’s high ratings attest, is a powerful medium in Corpus. The Canales-Black campaign never recovered. On Election Day, Hinojosa prevailed, securing a surprising 39 percent in Nueces County.

1) How much money has Hector De Pena Jr. spent? Did I overlook something?
2) How much has Hector De Pena Jr. paid Susie Saldana?
3) How much did Hector De Pena Jr. spend for political consulting?
4) How much did Hector De Pena Jr. spend on advertising?
5) How is Susie Saldana affiliated, in relation to Judge Marisela Saldana?
6) WATT is the possibility that Susie Saldana believes she should get paid better than Montgomery & Associates?
7) Susie & Connie surely pull more weight (vote) than a Yanqui of Yanqui.s of the DBA Montgomery & Associates?
8) I know we are a force to be reckoned with?
9) My regards and My respect to each of you ladies.
10) With that being said, must you continue to be bought?
11) To continue on this path does not and will not bring to you & yours happiness nor satisfaction.
12) You guys can work with ME or you guys can test ME..
13) Does it feel good, like it used to; when your ideals were pure?

1 more question Susie......

Why did you not say a word for your client Fred Jimenez?

How much money in excess of say $1000 have you received as a political consultant?

Why not even one sentence for your client?

Would Montgomery & Associates have been so cheap as you?

Is that WATT you resent?

My Lord is speaking to you Susie.

Will you and the Crew continue to challenge his "Political Prowess".

OK my Omnipotent GOD against your impotent self proclaimed demigod Mikal WATTs his name.

Robstown gonna get real hot tomorrow!

The people will be able to figure it out this time for Connie & Susie it is all about power and money.

Abuse of Power and not enough money for the activist and too much money for the YANQUIS.

Can you not hear that Grass?

Mr Galvan I am sorry but Mr WATTS brings you down.

And that my friends and "compadres de la WATTS" is WATT in the 13th COA is termed, "A Tickler of Events to Come".

By default all WATTS supported candidates, lets say any contributions adding up over $10k from WATTS Law Firm and crew; is by default, unscrupulous and "unelectable".

Mr Galvan I am sorry but Mr WATTS brings you down. I bet your parents never approved of him. Not even in high school.

Better start looking for that "shingle to hang" .

With all due respect Mr Galvan.

And still I like you.
