I beleive the County Court Bench is not a place for Mr Skurka as he has been a prosecutor for his whole career and IMO it has molded severe bias for Criminal Defendants who must be considered innocent until proven guilty through due process. Esculpatory evidence will never come to light in a court with the Judge who is also the prosecution. I have voiced my concerns with your ascension to the bench as well. Now I know you realize the rift as Klager needs not the hispanic vote. I am willing to work out our differences and I admire your ability to turn negatives into productive positives. I have attempted to contact you to no avail. I cannot and do not respect a Public Official who avoids engagement. Awaiting your response I remain. The two main issues (I have with you) that reside within are: 1) Mikal Watts, the Club and the obligation to them. 2) The Prosecution of George Moff as he might very well have been guilty however, it appears as an assassination of opportunity for the industry (Real Estate)that has supported your family.
